My Background
For 20 years I have been dominating stages and boardrooms to empower women and minorities to advance their lives personally and professionally. At an early age, I understood the importance of self-discipline, hard work, community, and consistency. As a result, I have served in various leadership and influential roles, as a corporate climber, entrepreneur, and community leader. However, that didn’t give me immunity against life’s hard blows and obstacles. But, I never stopped believing in myself, community, and the power of connecting. More importantly, the impact that occurs from sharing tools, techniques, and strategies that lead to a full and authentic life -- where we advance and grow together.
My Philosophy
We build stronger people, stronger businesses, and stronger communities one conversation at a time through strategy, connection and collaboration. We all have purpose, value, and the ability to make a positive impact, but we don't always feel like we have the words or support to make a difference. My goal is to change that and empower others to do the same. We win together, we advance together and go further as a community, so there isn't a place I haven't gone or a conversation I won't have to advance the lives of our community.
